Find Continuing Education Courses by Credit Type
Search Help and Tips
How to Perform a Basic Search
- Using the CREDIT TYPE field, you have two ways to find your credits:
- Type in a keyword OR
- Scroll through the list.
(NOTE: State-specific credits are listed under the two letter state abbreviation.)
- Click SEARCH.
- Sort your results by clicking on any column heading. Click on a course name to see the full course details and register.
How to Use Additional Search Options to Refine Your Results
- Some credit types have multiple categories associated with them (e.g. Pesticide Applicators, Certified Public Works Managers, and Water/Wastewater Operators). To refine your results within a specific CREDIT TYPE, choose an option from the CREDIT CATEGORY drop-down menu. You can scroll through the list or type in a keyword.
- To refine your results by number of credits, select "is" or "higher than" from the CREDIT AMOUNT drop-down menu and enter the number you need in the field that appears next to it.
- To refine your results by course start date, choose an option next to COURSE DATE and complete the fields that appear. To see online self-paced courses included in your search results, leave "is any" selected on this field.
- To refine your results by course format (in-person, online instructor-led, or online self-paced), use the COURSE FORMAT field.
- Enter a search term into the KEYWORD SEARCH box to search all fields in our database (including course name) for a specific word or phrase.
- Once you have entered all desired criteria, click SEARCH.
