Resilience Training for Your Organization
Would you like to see an increase in your employees’ ability to navigate change, recover after stressors, perform under pressure, communicate and work as a team, make decisions, and generate new ideas? Equipping them with resiliency skills can bring about all of these outcomes, as well as decrease the levels of stress, disengagement, burnout, cynicism, and pessimism among your staff.
Resiliency, the ability to respond to or recover readily from a crisis or difficult and disruptive situation, is essential for personal and professional development. In this eleven-minute preview of our Resiliency Skills training program, you’ll hear about the content, activities, and exercises that will be covered in the full training session. Specifically, participants will learn about the science of resilience, how to respond in the moment with gratitude, mindfulness, and values-based goals, and how resiliency can be developed and improved at any time.
