How to obtain your OCPE continuing education transcript:
*Note: a $15 processing fee applies. Payment is required before your transcript will be issued.
- Fill out the request form below.
- When we receive your submission, we will check our databases to determine if we have any training records in your name.
- If we find training records in your name, we will email you a link to make your $15 payment.
- After you make your payment, please respond to our email to let us know.
- When we verify your payment has been received, your transcript will be sent within 7 business days* as follows.
- Unofficial transcripts will be e-mailed as a secure PDF document
- Official transcripts will be printed, signed, and sent via USPS first class mail
- When we verify your payment has been received, your transcript will be sent within 7 business days* as follows.
- If we do not find you in our database, we will email you to let you know.
- If you are certain you have taken courses with us, we welcome any additional information you can provide to aid us in the search for your records.
- If it is determined that you have not taken any courses with our department, we will not issue a transcript and you will not be responsible for our $15 transcript fee.
*If you need your continuing education transcript expedited, please indicate that in the “Special Instructions” portion of the form. We cannot guarantee faster delivery, but we will do our best to help you meet your deadline.

Who can request a transcript?
Transcripts can only be requested by the student who took the courses. If an employer, family member, school, or other individual requires a transcript, the student must be the one to make the request. We will not release a transcript to anyone other than the student.
What is included in an OCPE continuing education transcript?
All OCPE continuing education transcripts contain a list of non-credit training courses that you have completed through our office including course title, course code, course date, and the amount of CEUs (Continuing Education Units) you earned for attending the course.
What is NOT included in an OCPE continuing education transcript?
- TCH credits for water and wastewater operators. If you need this information, visit the NJDEP data miner webpage.
- Grades and completion status for the Professional Golf Turf Management Two-Year Certificate program. If you need this, please send an email to 2yearturf@njaes.rutgers.edu.
- Grades and completion status for the Environment and Public Health program. If you need this, please send an email to eph@njaes.rutgers.edu.
- Non-credit courses taken with other Rutgers continuing education (CE) units. Each CE unit maintains its own student records and does not share access to these records with other CE units. If you are unsure which CE unit offered the course(s) you participated in, you may send an email to ANCORhelp@docs.rutgers.edu for assistance. Please provide your full name (and any previously used names), course name, approximate course date and your email address or phone number.
- Courses taken for undergraduate or graduate credits. If you are or were a matriculated Rutgers undergraduate or graduate student, you are on the wrong page. Please visit the University Registrar’s Transcript Request webpage to request your transcript.
