Internal Golf Turf Turf Prospect Form

Use this form to add a Golf Turf prospect to Salesforce.

Please note:

  1. The prospect will not receive an auto response email from Salesforce after you submit this form.
  2. First name, last name, and email address are required because these fields are the bare minimum needed to make a new Salesforce record.
  3. You must also select which Turf program the prospect is interested in so that the correct prospect code(s) gets added to their Salesforce record.
  4. Be sure to select “yes” on the email opt in question if you have gotten permission to add the prospect to our email list.
  5. Use the Questions/Comments field to include any notes on the prospect that you want captured in Salesforce.
