Complete the form below if you would like to register for an OCPE course and pay with a check, money order, or purchase order.

PROOF OF PAYMENT REQUIRED AND SUBMISSION TIPS

IMPORTANT: PROOF OF PAYMENT REQUIRED!

Do NOT fill out this form until you have secured proof of payment (copy of check, money order, or Purchase Order) that can be uploaded with your form. You will not be able to submit this form without it.

SUBMISSION TIPS:

Step 1: Fill out the form, upload your proof of payment, and click the large red SUBMIT REGISTRATION FORM button at the bottom of this page.

Step 2: On the next page, review your submission; make edits if necessary. When finished, click the CONFIRM button at the bottom of the second page to complete this process.

Step 3: You will receive an emailed copy of your form ONLY AFTER you successfully complete steps 1 & 2. If you do not receive this email, your form did not go through and you need to resubmit it.

If you fail to complete all steps, your form will not be received by our Registration Department.

To pay by credit card or e-check/EFT: Please visit cpe.rutgers.edu, find your course, and click the “Register Online” button.

1. Make check /money order payable to: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey

2. Upload a photo or scan of payment below to reserve your seat; hard copy payment must also be mailed.

3. Mail the check / money order right away to our office at this address:

Within two business of receipt, we will review your proof of payment (PO or requisition)  and, if accurate, you will be registered and an invoice will be emailed to you. If we have any questions or concerns about the documents you uploaded, we will reach out to you directly.
