Carolyn Broderick – Instructor for Tuesday evening course
Carolyn has more than 30 years of experience as a Human Resources Professional. She has worked in the biotech, financial services, non-profit, and healthcare industries. Her HR experience includes Policy, and Process, Benefits, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action, Diversity, HR Technology, and Workforce Analytics. Carolyn received her MA from Monmouth University and is both SHRM-SCP and SPHR Certified. She is the SHRM Certification Director for the Garden State Council SHRM NJ.
