Course Overview
To stay in business, a company must provide a product or service that is Unique, Perceived, and holds Value. They must also build trust within their customers and clients that is based on three major factors—Character, Communication and Capability. This is a prime opportunity for ethical leadership to present itself and show their clients, customers, and employees how essential the company is.
This workshop is designed to provide participants with the foundational skillset needed to increase value realization, lower risk, and build a competitive advantage within their industry.
Meet Your Instructor
Ed Weckerly
Ed Weckerly is a successful, high-energy, engaging educator. He joins us with more than 25 years of higher education experience, working in a number of roles, both administrative and teaching, that focused on strategy development. Additionally, he brings a background of corporate banking experience which allows him to successfully deliver high-level results to his clients. Ed earned a B.S. in Business Administration, Management and Finance from Pierce College and an M.S. in Organizational Development and Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Ed conducts both his personal and professional life by the old adage, “Relationship Before Task”, in which he has found that this attitude not only makes for a better overall relationship between himself and clients, but always leads to a successful outcome.
