Course Overview
In this transformative workshop, we invite you to harness the energy of anxiety and transform it into positive action. Anxiety can be a powerful force, often overwhelming and paralyzing, but it also holds potential for growth and change. Instead of allowing anxiety to control us, we can learn to channel its energy towards constructive endeavors and personal empowerment. This workshop offers a safe and supportive space to explore the relationship between anxiety and action.
Performance Objectives:
Through interactive group discussions, and practical techniques, participants will:
- Understand the connection between thoughts and emotions.
- Learn the importance of self-leadership and how to self-lead through anxiety.
- Learn how to channel anxiety into positive action.
Meet Your Instructor
Taryn Abrahams
