Course Overview

“When you want something done well, ask a busy person” is a commonly known expression. But even the most talented and organized people have limited time and capacity and, at some point, need support. How does one determine when to delegate and to whom? This one-hour course will talk about how to balance workload for maximum effectiveness, how to develop your employees to “build a bench” of future leaders, and how to ensure that you continue to produce quality results.

Meet Your Instructor

Michele Chierici

Michele Chierici’s 25-year career in communications, marketing, and public relations includes a wide array of experience in the corporate, healthcare, education, and not-for-profit sectors. Michele holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College, earned a Master of Arts in Strategic Communications and Organizational Leadership from Seton Hall University, and holds an Accreditation in Public Relations from the Public Relations Society of America. She is the founder of Chierici & Connor Strategic Communications, a full-service communications consulting firm. Her areas of expertise include media training, focus group leadership and facilitation, public relations, public affairs, crisis communications, and internal communications. Michele resides with her husband and their son in southern New Jersey.

Continuing Education Credits

The most recent offering of Delegation and Prioritization: Letting Go/Building Leaders was approved for the following credits from professional organizations. We will reapply for similar credits the next time the course runs, but we cannot guarantee credit approval for future offerings.

This online course will be delivered via Zoom. Registrants will receive a link to access the course on November 1, 2022.
