Accountability is essential in the workplace as we continue to transition toward defining a new normal. Building a culture of ownership and accountability fosters positivity, productivity, employee engagement, and overall well-being. It aligns your team around shared objectives, opens feedback loops, and encourages creative problem-solving. The result is that your company will be better equipped to manage expectations and empower others for greater personal and professional growth.

Supreet Bains-Sharma

Supreet is a skilled trainer, specializing in training in project management and soft skills. She uses adult learning models, general management theories and practices, and leadership thought to curate and create courses and workshops on relevant business topics and soft skills. She is certified by PMI® to train the PMP® certification. In her spare time, Supreet volunteers her time mentoring job ready students, is a #IamRemarkable trainer, and runs a LeanIn circle.

The most recent offering of Organizational Accountability was approved for the following credits from professional organizations. We will reapply for similar credits the next time the course runs, but we cannot guarantee credit approval for future offerings.

This online course will be delivered via Zoom. Registrants will receive a link to access the course on November 8, 2022.

Please log into class at 12:50 pm (10 minutes before the start time). The course will start promptly at 1:00 pm.

You may turn on your webcam if you wish but it is not required.
