Course Overview

Do you know the difference between being “stressed out” versus being burnt out? This workshop will help you to recognize the signs that you or your employee may be experiencing workplace burnout. Discussion will include ways to address both personal and employee burnout and provide tips to overcoming and managing burnout.

Taryn Abrahams

Taryn Abrahams, a corporate behavioral and human interaction expert, helps companies implement behavioral best practices to improve workplace interpersonal relations and strengthen corporate culture. Leveraging her experience as a psychotherapist, Taryn’s innovative suite of workshops are designed to enhance employee morale, foster collaborative and productive workplace environments, and nurture employee loyalty and ambassadorship.

Continuing Education Credits

The most recent offering of Recognizing and Managing Burnout was approved for the following credits from professional organizations. We will reapply for similar credits the next time the course runs, but we cannot guarantee credit approval for future offerings.

The Recognizing and Managing Burnout course is approved for 1 PDC toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification.

This online course will be delivered via Zoom. Registrants will receive a link to access the course on November 15, 2022.

Please log into class at 12:50 pm (10 minutes before the start time). The course will start promptly at 1:00 pm.

You may turn on your webcam if you wish but it is not required.
