Course Overview
This class is part of the NJ Recycling Certification Series.
This course completes the recycling certification series. Interactive group exercises, discussions, and case studies will reinforce and integrate the facts, concepts, and techniques presented in the other series courses.
Please note that all other courses in the series MUST BE completed before attending this course!
Who Should Attend?
If you are completing the NJ Recycling Certification Program in order to become a Certified Recycling Professional, you must take this course to complete the series.
Meet Your Instructor
Rebecca Turygan

Rebecca Turygan has been working in the recycling industry for over 10 years. She began at the Atlantic County Utilities Authority in 2011 and is the current Atlantic County Recycling Coordinator. She currently serves as the Vice President of Planning for the Association of New Jersey Recyclers (ANJR) Board and is on the Board of Trustees for the New Jersey Clean Communities Council.
Continuing Education Credits
The most recent offering of Recycling Case Studies was approved for 1.2 Rutgers CEUs (12 contact hours) and the following credits from professional organizations. We will reapply for similar credits the next time the course runs, but we cannot guarantee credit approval for future offerings.
