Eveline Brownstein – Instructor for Saturday morning course
Eveline Brownstein is currently a Director of Human Resources and an instructor with Rutgers University and Brookdale Community College. As a skilled and experienced human resources generalist for over 30 years, Ms. Brownstein has worked closely with senior business leaders to align every aspect of the human resources and training functions with the achievement of the organization’s strategic vision. Her extensive work experiences, in a multitude of industries, make her a vital, strategic business partner uniquely able to address skills gaps using a customized, organization-focused approach.
Ms. Brownstein holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP® certifications, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology degree from Thomas Edison State University, and is currently a candidate for the degree Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership, Culture and Change. She combines a local and global perspective in her training, embracing diversity and promoting communication clarity and understanding in the modern workplace. She has a passion for training leaders to be effective in their leadership roles, whether newly promoted to peer supervisor, or an experienced member of the C-suite.
Carolyn Broderick – Instructor for Tuesday evening course
Carolyn Broderick has more than 30 years of experience as a Human Resources Professional. She has worked in the biotech, financial services, non-profit, and healthcare industries. Her HR experience includes Policy, and Process, Benefits, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action, Diversity, HR Technology, and Workforce Analytics. Carolyn received her MA from Monmouth University and is both SHRM-SCP® and SPHR Certified. She is the SHRM Certification Director for the New Jersey State SHRM Council.

Technology Requirements
This online course will be delivered via Zoom in real time. Registrants will receive more information as we move closer to the course start date, and they will receive an email with a link to access the course a few days before the course begins.
Equipment you will need to access this training:
- A laptop, desktop, tablet or smartphone that will support Zoom.
- Cameras are not required, but are strongly recommended for class participation and engagement.
- Speakers and microphone are not necessary but highly recommended; a call in option is also available.

A unique email address is required for each registrant to register and access our courses.
