Session 1:
Leader vs. Manager – Leading with Intent – November 5, 2025
Great leaders clarify purpose, communicate clearly, empower teams and foster a culture of trust and accountability. This session will help the advancing leader to understand how their thinking impacts decision-making and the overall well-being of their teams. With a focus on intentional leadership, participants will learn the difference between managing and leading; tactics for building teams and inspiring performance; and fostering a culture where people can do their best work, while developing an appreciation for the leader in all of us.
Session 2:
Think Like a Leader – Critical Thinking and Decision Making – November 12, 2025
Business moves fast, and leaders find themselves having to make decisions very quickly, both individually and with their teams. The ability to analyze situations, evaluate information and make informed decisions is a key element to becoming a successful leader. Through discussions, activities and reflection, develop the tools to identify problems, consider multiple perspectives, and formulate effective solutions that will guide you to better strategic thinking and decision making.
Session 3:
Negotiating the Curve – Effectively Leading Change – November 19, 2025
The only constant in the universe is change, but how a leader responds to it can make all the difference. Understanding the change curve and how the different phases can show up for you and your team can mitigate negativity and modify responses. By learning to perceive resistance as a friend in the change process, you can influence and lead others through transitions and change in a positive and productive way, ultimately becoming a stronger and more innovative leader.
