Carolyn Broderick – Instructor for Tuesday evening course
Carolyn Broderick has more than 30 years of experience as a Human Resources Professional. She has worked in the biotech, financial services, non-profit, and healthcare industries. Her HR experience includes Policy, and Process, Benefits, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action, Diversity, HR Technology, and Workforce Analytics. Carolyn received her MA from Monmouth University and is both SHRM-SCP® and SPHR Certified. She is the SHRM Certification Director for the New Jersey State SHRM Council.

Technology Requirements
This online course will be delivered via Zoom in real time. Registrants will receive more information as we move closer to the course start date, and they will receive an email with a link to access the course a few days before the course begins. Participants should log in 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
Equipment you will need to access this training:
- A laptop, desktop computer, tablet or smartphone that will support Zoom.
- Cameras are not required, but are strongly recommended for class participation and engagement.
- Speakers and microphone are not necessary, but highly recommended; a call in option is also available for audio.
Pre-registration on Zoom is required.

A unique email address is required for each registrant to register and access our courses.
