Course Overview
You hired your employees to fill job vacancies, and as such, recruited people who possessed a specific set of skills, background, and qualifications to do a job…right? But… how are you leveraging ALL of your people’s skills, education, training, and certifications to empower them, and how are you giving them control over how they do their work, when they do it, where they do it, and who they work with?
Your people are NOT assets, but your one true way to gain lasting competitive advantage. How do you know you have all the right people on-board, in the right positions, doing work they are most capable of and most passionate about?
During this half-day working session, you will learn how to conduct a human capital audit to identify all of the skills your people possess that are NOT being utilized and re-architect their work so you maximize their potential and thus your employees’ overall productivity, leading to increased employee retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
Instructor Ethan Chazin will walk you through his web-based human capital audit so you gain a greater understanding of, and appreciation for, the full potential each of your employees possess.
Who Should Attend?
Managers, supervisors, human resources professionals, and senior leaders in all types of industries can benefit from attending this course and learning how to optimize employee engagement and productivity.
