Continuing Education Units
The courses of the Rutgers Noise Technical Assistance Center are approved for Continuing Education Contact Hours by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, Office of Local Health – Education, Training & Licensure Program. These credits can be applied towards the requirement for renewal of a New Jersey health officers license and a New Jersey registered environmental health specialist license.
Important Information About Your CE/LE Credits
Effective January 1, 2006, the NJ Learning Management Network (NJLMN) was implemented as the sole method for recording achievement of annual CE/LE requirements associated with HO and REHS licensure. These will be maintained on the NJLMN in your own personal transcript. Your participation is essential.
To earn credits for courses, you will be required to have an NJLMN account. If you have not yet joined the NJLMN, please do so here. If you have an account DO NOT create a new account if you forgot your password. Instead, select the “Forgot Password” link. Each user must have a valid email address. Only ONE individual per account as this is the official record of your personal recertification credits earned. We will be unable to apply recertification credits earned if you do not have a personal NJLMN account.
Within 1-2 weeks after a course, your attendance will be updated on NJLMN. Please log into your account and click the “Transcript” link in the green toolbar. Your transcript will reflect your course participation and associated CE or LE credits you have earned. You can print a transcript at the end of the year and submit it to NJDHSS for license renewal.

Other States
Rutgers Noise Technical Assistance Center courses have been approved for credit by the Florida Division of Law Enforcement. If your enforcement officers have a need for continuing education credits, we will be happy to submit our course materials to the appropriate licensing agency prior to an on-site course, so your officers can enjoy this additional benefit from our course.
