Attitude of Gratitude Training for Your Organization
A culture where employees feel appreciated is critical to success in terms of both relationships and results. In this preview of our Attitude of Gratitude training program, you’ll hear about the content, activities, discussions, and exercises covered in the full training session.
Participants in this training will learn how to improve their mindsets to think and act more positively and influence others to do the same. Topics covered in the course include why gratitude matters, how gratitude affects us, and the connection between gratitude and our physical, emotional, and social well-being. The importance of starting with self-compassion and a discussion of what often gets in the way of practicing gratitude are also discussed. The goal of this workshop is for participants to walk away with a sense of how critical it is to infuse their lives with gratitude and have a plan for how to practice gratitude in their personal and professional lives.
