Explore Agile Project Management Methodology and the PMI-ACP Certification
This employee training and development course video preview introduces presenter Dr. Te Wu and the concept of Agile project management. Agile is a project management methodology that is based on delivering requirements incrementally throughout the life of a project. This allows project phases and deliverables to be more flexible and enables teams to respond more rapidly to changes.
In this video, Dr. Wu discusses the rationale for Agile, highlights its power and limits, draws attention to a continuum of methods from the traditional to Agile, and introduces the PMI-ACP (Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner) certification.
The full version of this class fulfills the Agile education prerequisite required to sit for the PMI-ACP exam and will explore the practices and principles of Agile methodology. Value driven delivery, stakeholder engagement, team performance, adaptive planning, and continuous improvement are among the topics that will be covered. Approaches for problem detection and resolution will also be discussed, as well as the PMI-ACP certification, strategies for exam preparation, and exam tips.
