It involves assessing an individual’s abilities, motivation, and confidence and then determining which leadership style will best meet the needs of that individual.
One of the fundamental concepts covered in this course is the idea of feedback as a powerful tool for stimulating honest self-reflection, insight, and improvement. The feedback culture of an organization, the role of feedback in influencing future behavior, and ways to offer feedback so that it is received by the employee as information, not a threat, are also discussed in the class. The full version of this class includes breakout groups, interactive exercises, polls, and more to keep the participants fully engaged.

Denise is a creative, insightful Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) and Leadership Development consultant who is passionate about maximizing talent and creating inclusive cultures as drivers for organizational success. As a leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, she built a strategic plan, facilitated training sessions, established Employee Resource Groups, and coached executives to drive culture change.
Denise holds a Master’s Degree from Drexel University, a Bachelor of Arts from The College of New Jersey, and completed graduate courses in Organizational Development at St. Joseph’s University.
