About Francine Kaplan, Workplace Respect Course Instructor
Francine Kaplan worked for 20 years as a healthcare advocate, proactively interacting with physicians, facilities, and agencies to ensure the highest level of care for patients. She brings this same level of engagement to her Respect in the Workplace course, training leaders at all levels of the corporate structure to ensure each and every employee is valued and respected. She is keenly sensitive to the changing times and the fact that people remain in the workforce longer than they did in the past, thus strengthening the need for considerate communication in order to effectuate a productive work environment. She believes that all relationships should be built upon trust and mutual respect and that all employees have something of equal value to contribute.
Francine earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Early Childhood Education and Communications from Hunter College, as well as a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers Law School.
In addition to leading customer service training, Francine also presents courses on topics including Effective Communication, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Time Management, Conflict Resolution, and more. Video previews of her courses on Customer Service Skills and De-escalating Workplace Conflict are available on our website.
